• The history of crystals and their use across cultures

• How crystals interact with energy and intention

• Different types of crystals and common shapes

• How to choose a crystal intuitively

• Choosing crystals by color and energy

• How to connect with a crystal

• How to program a crystal with intention

• How to care for your crystals (clearing, charging, and storage)

Guided Practice

During this class you will be guided through experiential exercises including:

• A meditation to connect with a crystal

• Step-by-step guidance to program your crystal with intention
