Carol - Reiki Master

A few days ago I attended a Reiki part one class instructed by Carol Soto. I’ve always been curious about the topic and was excited to enroll in the class. Carol was a stellar mentor and extremely knowledgeable as a Reiki Master. She incorporated some history of the topic, energy work, and hands on exercises. Before the class I was experiencing some issues of intense pain in my back and inner thigh. Post the exercises, I had released an enormous amount of pain. I was deeply appreciative of this class and thoroughly enjoyed it. Carol adds her own personal touch and makes it easy to understand. I loved this class and the enjoyed interacting with the woman that attended.
