I have taken several of her classes and am currently enrolled in one of her weekly groups. Which has been really beneficial to me. She deep dives into the issues at hand and clears outdated beliefs, generational traumas, trapped and stuck emotions, just to make a few. Not only are they cleared from me and all of us who are in the group, but they're also cleared down the family lines as well.
I, too, am capable of doing the work on myself. However, I don't particularly like working on myself.
